Case Description
I have 4 problem areas: 1: The front of my last tooth on the lower left has broken off. 2: The tooth in front of that has a hole starting on the top of the tooth and is very sensitive. 3: My lower front tooth is very cold sensitive, 4:The tooth on the lower right, the front of that tooth has also chipped off.
